Good afternoon
I wanted to take some time and thank Mr.Vasudevan, Sales consultant from FPL Hyundai, Guduvancherry Branch, who was very helpful in finding us the right car that we were looking for. We were looking for an automatic version car and booked one, S-Presso from the Maruti Arena, Guduvanchery, last month. Fortunately or unfortunately the delivery process was getting delayed from Maruti for some reason. Then we visited FPL Hyundai and honestly speaking not with the idea of buying a Hyundai car as I already have one. When we visited the FPL showroom it was Mr.Vasudevan who was assigned as sales consultant to us. We were totally impressed with the knowledge that he had on the different car models from Hyundai and the transparent explanation he did around the features and functionality of the car. This helped us in choosing the right car that we were looking for "Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS Automatic '' and eventually we cancelled the booking that we had with Maruti and booked the car from FPL Hyundai. Since the time we booked the car with FPL Hyundai, Guduvanchery, Mr.Vasudevan was regularly giving me updates till the moment the car was delivered and of-course responsive even after delivery as well.
I am not sure if customer's feedback will be taken into account at Hyundai but if so then Mr.Vasudevan should definitely be given a raise. Once again, I would like to appreciate and thank Mr.Vasudevan along with his team for the smooth experience we had with the purchase and delivery.
